I was happy when we became able to ignore certain board topics, and game parlor was one I chose to ignore. I'm wondering why "our randomnesses" under the Let's Talk board has not been moved to game parlor. In my opinion it is a game, and I hate having to see it at the top of the topics with new posts all the time.

It is the Zone's private Twitter, a running archive of quips from users, little segments of their lives, ripe for the Archeologists to find and decipher millennia from now, provided Jayge backs up the Zone on the developing laser-cut technology.
I don't personally consider it a game. Perhaps you should be able to ignore individual board topics as well as actual categories? Just a thought.
It does seem like a game to me just like all those alphabet games in game parlor. But my opinion is obviously in the minority, and it's not really that big of a deal. I'll just continue skipping over it.
Well, you're not alone in the minority, Becky. It seems like a game to me too, and I've wondered before why it's not in Game Parlor. I probably should have moved it there when Dan and I had been temporarily reinstated for those few days, but it didn't even cross my mind. Sorry about that. I just skip over it too.

it definitely isn't a game, in my opinion.
Just because a topic is very frequently posted to doesn't make it a game. it's a discussion, like any other topic on these *discussion* boards, be it a very loosely based one. My previous suggestion stands. Perhaps we should be able to ignore individual board topics as well as the categories at large.
I don't think it's a game either... however, I agree that being able to ignore individual board topics as well as categories may be a good idea.
